New Cards and Teams

I've been working on a bunch of greeting cards lately (I haven't been working on journals because I don't have the supplies here in my dorm yet). A lot of them are Halloween themed. It's really weird for me to list Halloween/other holiday stuff this early (it's my first year with a shop during holiday season) because I'm usually the type of person who waits until the last minute to buy my gifts. Cards are fun to make though and I've been using a lot of watercolors. I also made some other themed cards, such as birthday and anniversary, so hopefully I'll get those up soon. I also got a custom order for a box, using the fabric from this journal. I'm excited to make it.

I listed a new photo frame here. I did this photo frame a little differently than my other ones. Instead of building the frame myself, I started off with a wooden picture picture frame and covered it with decorative paper:



I took a bunch of photos of items a few weeks ago that I was slowly putting them up and that was one of the last of them. So soon, it will be brand new items.

I joined two new teams. One is called Cruelty Free Etsy and it's for shop owners who use cruelty free only products (I purposely don't use beeswax in any of my journals to keep them vegan). I also joined Etsy Greetings for my greeting cards. I feel like I'm in so many teams now, it's hard to fit all the team tags on my items. I love all my teams though and being involved in different communities. I got featured as one of the top entries in a back to school challenge at EtsyVeg for my Oversized Envelope journal. I'm so happy they chose one of my items. :)
