Grayscale

To go grayscale (look like you're in a black and white film), try to go for shades of gray instead of direct black and white. This gray dress from J Crew (#1) would be perfect. Add a gray purse (#2) and some gray or black shoes (#3). For a makeup base, use Aquacolor Wet Makeup in color 32B. Use black hair dye (#4) to make your hair black. Read more about going grayscale here.
Clown

For a clown costume, wear a fun polka dot dress like this one from Mod Cloth (#1). If it's multicolored, that's perfect. Try to find bright colors. Use bright leggings like these red ones (#2) or multicolored leggings like these. Tie red ribbon to your shoes (#4) to make them feel clown like. To finish off, use face paint to paint a clown face and add a clown nose.
Chocolate Chip Cookie

To be a chocolate chip cookie, wear a tan dress with dark brown polka dots like this one. Cut off the shoulder on one side with wavy lines to make it look like a bite mark.Add brown or polka dot leggings like these from Happy Socks and brown shoes. For accessories, you can find a cookie necklace like this polymer clay one from PeachesandPebbles on Etsy. Carry a cookie themed tote bag like this one from Cafe Press.
Skeleton

For a skeleton costume, wear a skeleton dress like this Bodycon one (#1). If you don't want to do a full dress, you can add skeleton leggings (#5) and fingerless gloves (#2) and wear a black and white dress. Wear black shoes or skeleton shoes like these Funtasma ones (#3). Skeleton earrings from Urban Outfitters give this costume a final touch.
